I use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to reduce or eliminate the emotional distress related to your issues. For example, one of my clients had a phobia of needles and we did tapping for less than 1 hour. This individual then went on to donate blood and get tattoos without fear or anxiety!
What is Tapping?
On the most basic level, tapping is a self-help technique that, over the past 25 years since it was developed, has been steadily growing in popularity. This is due to an ongoing groundswell of success stories by ordinary people trying it out and reporting getting astonishingly quick and effective results – but, more importantly for professionals, its growth and expansion is also due to some pretty impressive clinical research that is not widely published.
