Fight the Winter Blues, Cabin Fever, Couch Potato Syndrome, Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) or just plain boredom. Stay active this winter–physically, socially, and mentally. Outdoor activities promote physical activity and get you in the sun–both are good for your mood. Social activities prevent the isolation that occurs when you just want to snuggle up in your blanket indoors. Keep your mind alert with activities other than TV or video games, which can be mind-numbing after a while. Here are 50-plus activities for you to enjoy. A few will take some resources, but many are low to no cost.
