Every now and then I run across a resource that I think would be beneficial for others- this is one of those resources. It will lead you to a page loaded with podcasts, meditations, talks, and newsletters.

I also believe this is an important time to practice gratitude to remember there are still good people and things in the world. How can you incorporate gratitude into you and your family’s daily life?

Lastly, I encourage you to continue taking care of your mental health! If you are struggling to manage your emotions or symptoms, reach out to us. If you notice any of your family or friends having a difficult time, recommend that they contact us- we want everyone to be healthy and safe!
